Main Street Festival Vendors

Please review then rules and regulations for participating in this year's event. You can choose to print, complete and return the vendor application, or complete the form below. If you complete the form below, you will be contacted and invoiced for your payment according to the fee schedule on teh rules and regulations.


Early Registration deadline extended to June 10, 2019 due to delayed application mailing.
