The Wellsville Development Corporation is a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit corporation and an arm of the Wellsville Area Chamber of Commerce that focuses on revitalization, economic development, and beautification planning projects. The WDC is governed by an executive committee as well as a body of board members.

The WDC currently heads up beautification projects such as Wellsville’s Main Street flower planters and holiday decorations. The WDC also manages the upkeep of Main Street’s historical clock and offers annual Betterment & Beautification grants.
